• Oversee day‑to‑day line feed operations within a high‑profile customer environment
• Act as a key customer‑facing representative, maintaining strong relationships and professionalism
• Engage confidently with customer group leaders on the production line, providing updates and resolving issues
• Lead and coordinate a team of 6–8 operatives
  , ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with fellow team leaders on‑site, promoting continuous improvement and supporting those seeking new development opportunities

• Previous automotive industry experience, ideally with Aston Martin Lagonda (AML)
• Strong preference for candidates who have worked directly with Aston Martin or supported AML operations
• Proven ability to build strong, professional, and trusted relationships with customers
• Confident communicator with the ability to interact effectively with operational and customer stakeholders
• IT literate, particularly comfortable using Outlook and general Microsoft applications
