Business Continuity & Compliance Manager – 6 month FTC

Warwickshire; 3 days/week in the office

Audit & Risk Recruitment have been exclusively engaged by market-leading Merchant Retailer to assist with the recruitment of a 6 month FTC to deliver on two key projects. This multi-billion turnover business has enjoyed several years of sustained growth and is about to enter an exciting time of change as they diversify their product portfolio.

Reporting into the Director of Assurance, you will play a critical role in the delivery of two key projects. Firstly, you will assist with the implementation of the Corporate Compliance Framework into some newly acquired businesses. Current gaps are particularly focused on Data Protection, but the framework also covers Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Modern Slavery, Competition Law, AML and ECCTA. Secondly, you will help to develop Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery plans across the business, then run workshops with stakeholders to ensure these are properly embedded.

• Full relevant qualification (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIA/IRM/CBCI) and strong experience of Business Continuity and Corporate Compliance.
• Candidates from an Internal Audit or Risk Management background who have covered this will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills and be confident engaging with C-Suite level stakeholders.
• Immediate availability or availability on a short notice period.
• Willing and able to commute into the Warwick office 3 days/week.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
