Engineering Apprentice Level 3

This apprenticeship will be a four-year long programme based at our site in Warwick. Formalised learning (on a block release model) will run at our college partner premises, interspersed across the scheme duration, with the balance of time being spent on a placement rota across professional teams at our office premises.

• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in multiple functions and locations of the Aero Gas Turbine (AGT) business in the delivery of customer requirements.
• Challenge convention, questioning the ‘norm’ and encouraging the business to innovate
• Build your Continuous Improvement skills and confidence through Lean Six Sigma basics training and owning/implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Become an active member within a team of Entry Level Talent (Apprentices/Interns/Graduates) to participate in wider business projects through our culture hub. The scope of these projects will provide you with valuable teamwork experiences and opportunities to enhance presentation skills.
