Our client, a leading organisation seeking a dedicated Business Change Manager for an initial six-month engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead change initiatives that drive real organisational benefits, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across multiple teams.

• Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans.
• Lead business engagement, ensuring all impacted groups understand and adopt changes effectively.
• Coordinate readiness activities, manage resistance, and support benefits realisation.
• Design and deliver training and communication materials, ensuring measurable uptake.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and facilitate smooth transition to BAU.

• Proven experience delivering change in complex environments, with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical changes into clear business impacts.
• Skilled in designing and delivering training aligned with adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with structured change frameworks and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset for KPI tracking and benefits measurement.
• Ability to operate strategically and operationally across functions.
