Product Data Coordinator – Warwick – Digital

Responsibilities
  • Managing the end‑to‑end creation and maintenance of online product content, ensuring product information is accurate, complete and available on the website across multiple business areas.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Product and Own Brand teams, to gather detailed product information such as specifications, dimensions, technical attributes, features and application data.
  • Uploading and maintaining high volumes of product data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system (Pimberly), processing up to 200 products per day while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Producing and analysing product data reports to identify incomplete product records and prioritise high‑revenue products for online publication, proactively engaging suppliers and internal teams to obtain missing information and improve product availability.

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00pm – 5.00pm.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Confident communication with suppliers and internal teams to gather information and resolve queries.
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook, with the ability to manage emails and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excel skills desirable, particularly using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Industry or product knowledge beneficial, but willingness to learn is equally important.
