Business Analyst – D365 / CRM Transformation (6-Month Contract)

Location: Warwick (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

A leading financial organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major Customer Excellence transformation programme. You will play a key role in bridging business requirements with technology solutions, supporting CRM migration and the delivery of a new Charging & Billing platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and data requirements.
• Support Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration activities, including process analysis, data mapping, and testing.
• Define requirements for Power Platform-based Charging & Billing solutions.
• Create process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Support SIT/UAT activities and business validation.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, data teams, and governance teams.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Required experience:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within digital, data, or transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Understanding of data mapping, data flows, and migration projects.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to Power Platform, billing/charging processes, utilities, energy, or regulated industries is desirable.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering a strong daily rate for a Business Analyst with CRM, D365, and transformation experience.
