Location: Warwick (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week)

Contract: Initial 3 Months

Rate: Up to £420 per day (Inside IR35)

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Product Coach to join a major transformation programme, helping to embed a new Product Operating Model and Agile ways of working across multiple cross-functional product teams.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters and key business stakeholders to establish product-centric delivery, improve team maturity and enable a successful transition from traditional project delivery to outcome-focused product teams.

This is a hands-on coaching role, combining facilitation, capability building and delivery assurance to ensure consistent ways of working across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the rollout and adoption of a new Product Operating Model across multiple product teams.
  • Coach Product Managers, Product Owners and delivery teams on product-led ways of working.
  • Embed Agile principles, ceremonies and best practices across teams.
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on backlog management, prioritisation and value-driven decision making.
  • Support the creation and refinement of Epics, Features and User Stories.
  • Help develop product roadmaps and encourage outcome-focused planning.
  • Promote effective estimation, planning and capacity management techniques.
  • Drive continuous improvement through coaching, facilitation and team development.
  • Ensure alignment between product teams, programme governance and wider business objectives.
  • Support adoption of Azure Dev Ops, including backlog hierarchies, workflows, reporting and Agile metrics.
  • Standardise delivery templates, artefacts and ways of working across multiple teams.
  • Work collaboratively with other Product and Agile Coaches to resolve cross-team challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Coach, Agile Coach, Product Owner, Delivery Coach or Transformation Coach.
  • Strong understanding of Product Operating Models and Agile delivery principles.
  • Experience coaching multiple cross-functional teams within large transformation programmes.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting Product Managers and Product Owners.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira or similar Agile tooling.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, from delivery teams through to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience with in Utilities or the Energy sector.
  • Knowledge of SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management or other scaled Agile frameworks.
