Forecasting Analyst | FTC | Up to 55k base

The Role As an Forecasting Analyst, you will take ownership of sales and margin forecasting across retail and e-commerce channels, partnering closely with commercial and operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Build and maintain sales forecasts across retail stores and online channels Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting models to support trading performance Analyse trends in traffic, conversion, basket value, and sales performance Provide insight-led recommendations to optimise commercial and trading decisions Forecast margin performance and support promotional planning strategies Translate sales forecasts into operational demand requirements for wider business planning Present forecasts, risks, opportunities, and performance updates to senior stakeholders Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve forecasting accuracy Partner with teams across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and Category functions Your Skills & Experience Forecasting, commercial analytics, merchandising, or planning experience Background within retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Advanced experience working with large datasets and reporting tools Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience influencing business decisions through insight and analysis Comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving commercial environment What They Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work in a highly visible commercial analytics role Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making Collaborative and supportive team environment
