Site Manager

What you'll be doing
As a Site Manager you will:

Manage day-to-day site activities and construction operations.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour teams.

Ensure all works are delivered safely and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Monitor progress against programme and proactively manage risks and issues.

Maintain high standards of quality assurance and compliance.

Work collaboratively with engineers, planners, commercial teams, and project management.

Conduct site inspections, briefings, and progress meetings.

Support the successful delivery of project milestones and client requirements.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on major infrastructure, civil engineering, or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple work fronts and coordinate diverse teams.

Experience working with NEC contracts and major project delivery environments is desirable.

SMSTS qualification.

CSCS Manager Card.

First Aid at Work qualification (desirable).
