Contract:
6 months initially, with potential for long-term/permanent
Payrate: £32.00per hour / £250.00per day (Umbrella or CIS)
Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a retrofit programme across Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon.
The role will involve managing multiple occupied properties, with around 5 properties opened and 5 completed each week.
Works include:- Roofing
- Solar PV
- Air Source Heat Pumps
- Loft & external wall insulation
- Asbestos removal
- Windows & doors
- Proven Site Management experience
- Must have social housing, planned works, decarbonisation,refurbishment or retrofit background
- SMSTS
- CSCS Gold Card or Black Card- essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable managing multiple sites and subcontractors
