Position: Customer Experience Lead: Home Handover & Aftercare
Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Customer Relations Manager for a 15-month FTC maternity cover. This role ensures the quality and readiness of homes for customers as they transition into their new homes. Responsibilities include acting as a contact point, conducting Home Demonstrations, and resolving customer issues. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The position also involves collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
