We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and professional customer service team in Warwick. Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor

Provide professional and friendly customer service across multiple channels.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer enquiries efficiently.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively.
Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Follow company procedures while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration, contact centre, call centre, helpdesk or customer care is desirable.
Strong telephone manner and confidence communicating with customers.
Good IT and keyboard skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
A positive, professional and team-focused approach.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Reliable transport/commuting arrangements to Warwick for an 8:30am start.
