Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative We are currently recruiting for a temp to join a well established company based in Newbury . This role is on a temporary basis to start ASAP, until atleast the end of the year so you must be able to commit to that. Full time, 35 hours per week £14.50 per hour We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to support the team, ensuring excellent service for healthcare customers.

Key Responsibilities Accurate contract data entry and management Process repair/work orders and manage loan equipment Arrange returns, collections, and proof of delivery requests Handle customer emails and calls Investigate and resolve invoice disputes Track and follow up on customer issues through to resolution Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service What We're Looking For Previous customer service or order management experience, ideally within a corporate environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Good ERP system knowledge Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities If you have the experience that we are looking for and can commit until the end of the year , please apply on line and I will screen your cv and contact you with more information if successful.
