Telesales Advisor

Location: Warwickshire

Customer Support / Telesales Advisor Birmingham £25,800 per annum We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Customer Support Advisor / Telesales Advisor to join a fast growing FMCG organisation. You will play a key role in supporting customers, managing inbound and outbound calls, and driving engagement across both active and dormant accounts. This role suits someone confident on the phone, highly organised, and able to work in a fast paced environment handling 100–150 incoming calls per day.

Key Duties:

Inbound call handling
- Managing high-volume daily calls, resolving customer queries quickly and professionally Outbound calling
- Contacting dormant accounts to re-engage customers and promote products/services After sales support
- Ensuring customers receive excellent post-purchase service Customer service
- Delivering a positive experience across every interaction Updating spreadsheets – Maintaining accurate records, logs, and customer data Generating Reports
- Producing weekly/monthly performance and activity reports Project Work
- Supporting internal projects to improve processes and customer engagement Coordinating with Business Development Executives
- Ensuring smooth communication and follow up on customer opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communicator with confident telephone manner Experience in customer service, telesales, call centre or FMCG environments (Ideal, not essential) Comfortable managing high call volumes and multitasking Excellent problem solving and relationship-building skills Competent with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and reporting Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Punjabi or other South Asian languages (highly advantageous however not essential) Motivated, resilient, and able to work in a target driven environment
