• Manage project teams to achieve business and project targets for the local studio and wider practice.
• Lead the design development of projects, embracing the company's "Better by Design" philosophy.
• Foster a creative environment within the studio to ensure robust design quality across all projects.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, Health & Safety requirements, and project governance.
• Manage the preparation of presentation drawings, concept development, and design outputs, providing guidance to team members.
• Oversee the production of detailed design drawings, schedules, specifications, and 2D/3D outputs using CAD and BIM.
