Overview
Due to an expanding service, applications are invited for a 12 month fixed term post for Trust Specialty Doctors in Anaesthesia at Warwick Hospital.
Responsibilities- Contribute to elective and emergency work.
- Provide a high degree of input into intensive care and obstetric services.
- Participate in a full shift system to provide 24‑hour onsite anaesthetic cover.
- Be responsible for immediate clinical matters to the nominated duty consultant.
- Maintain professional accountability via the Clinical Director of the Anaesthetic Department to the Associate Chief Medical Officer (Elective) and ultimately to the Medical Director.
- Suitable anaesthetic experience for this grade.
- Full registration with the GMC at the time of interview.
- Regular commitment to audit.
