Preschool Manager

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Manager to lead a small, community-focused preschool that’s truly at the heart of village life. This is a rewarding opportunity for an early years professional who thrives on making a difference, supporting children, families, and staff alike.

About the Role

As the Preschool Manager, you’ll take responsibility for leading and inspiring a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver high-quality early years provision.
Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements.
Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
Promote inclusive practice and effectively support children with SEND.
Oversee the daily management of the preschool, including planning, health & safety, and administration.

About You

Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years (Level 5+ desirable).
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an Early Years setting.
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and SEND.
Confident in managing people, paperwork, and daily operations.
Approachable, organised, and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
