We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and innovative lunch time supervisor/after school care assistant with some first aid support. The role is part‑time, working 26 hours and 15 minutes per week, term‑time only plus inset days.

The successful candidate for this post will be an enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working individual, with good interpersonal skills and a commitment to traditional values in relation to behaviour, manners, appearance and standards to which the school is strongly wedded.

The post‑holder will have excellent communication and people skills, a positive mindset, and a forward‑thinking approach to working in a variety of contexts, including in the dining hall, nursery, classrooms and playgrounds.

• Provide first aid cover and admin/classroom support during lunch period (12:10pm–2:45pm).
• After a 30‑minute unpaid break (14:45–15:15), join the after‑school care team until 6:00pm.
• Report to the Head of Prep for lunch responsibilities and to the Head of Pre‑Prep for after‑school duties.
• Support a warm and caring environment in dining hall, nursery, classrooms and playgrounds.

• Lunchtime Supervisor:
  Point 12 (FTE: £23,793 per annum)
• After School Care Assistant:
  Point 15 (FTE: £24,623 per annum)
• Actual total salary: £13,425 per annum
