ResponsibilitiesAs a Colleague Development Associate, you will be a learning system SME, responsible for accurately managing and maintaining our learning platforms and databases.
- Ensure all system data is accurate and up to date, keeping colleague data safe and GDPR compliant.
- Proactively stay up to date with system developments and identify system improvements.
- Create high quality learning interventions to improve colleague capability, utilising a variety of learning methodology.
- Understand and respond to business context, translating learning need into practical and engaging learning content.
- Regularly improve, maintain and refresh colleague learning content.
- Communicate learner instructions clearly and effectively to help learners understand what is required.
- Multi-task and manage workload to meet SLA’s and deadlines.
- Provide accurate reports and data to key stakeholders.
- Manage all end to end logistics for trainer led courses.
- Engage with learners to collate and escape initial evaluation of learning,
- Deliver great face to face learning interventions, such as new site inductions.
- Work effectively with Learning and Development colleagues to ensure a team-working culture and a solutions and continuous improvement mindset.
- Have strong attention to detail, planning, organisational and IT skills
- Understand good learning practice and design methodology
- Be customer and solution focused
