Designated Safeguarding Lead — Lead Child Protection

A progressive educational institution is seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead to embed a culture of safeguarding within the school. The role involves overseeing staff training, ensuring that students feel safe and supported, and acting as a liaison with external agencies. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of child protection policies, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safeguarding.

Salary scale for this position is between £36,088.90 and £38,079.49 per annum for 37 hours a week, working 39 weeks per annum including 5 inset days.
