We are seeking a dedicated and skilled educator to join a thriving Secondary School in Warwick from January, working full-time on a long-term basis. • Delivering high-quality, engaging Maths lessons that stretch and support students of all abilities
• Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel confident to participate and succeed
• Using effective assessment to track progress, identify gaps and adapt teaching to maximise learning
• Contributing to curriculum planning, enrichment activities and continuous improvement within the department
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every student
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills following the school's behaviour policy
