Link3 Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and committed ECT Primary Teachers to join our team, offering roles that range from day-to-day supply to short-term and long-term contracts. These opportunities provide valuable classroom experience while supporting you through a structured induction programme.

• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to pupils needs
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
• Assessing and tracking student progress to support achievement
• Collaborating with school staff, including participating in team meetings and contributing to whole-school initiatives
• Taking part in ongoing professional development sessions
• Completing a full ECT induction programme with dedicated mentorship, regular progress reviews, and formal assessments against the Teachers Standards

• Qualified Primary ECT (or soon to be)
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing pupil development
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to working in different school environments
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A willingness to engage fully with the ECT induction programme and professional development opportunities

All candidates must demonstrate a valid Right to Work in the UK as part of our safeguarding and compliance checks.

All applicants must hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) registered on the Update Service
, or be willing to apply for one prior to starting work.
