Permanent | 22.2 hours per week | Warwickshire | £28,000 – £39,000 FTE (Pro Rata)

We are seeking a passionate and industry-experienced Hairdressing Lecturer to join their dynamic team on a permanent, part-time basis at a vibrant campus setting.

The Role
You will deliver high-quality teaching and training to:

Level 2 Hair Apprentices
Level 1 Hair & Beauty students
Level 2 Hair students Teaching hours are 22.2 per week, delivered across:

Tuesday evening (6.00pm – 9.00pm)
Wednesday (9.30am – 12.00pm)
Thursday (2.15pm – 4.30pm)
Friday (9.30am – 2.45pm) This is a job share opportunity, and the salary will be paid on a pro rata basis (approximately £16,700 – £23,400 per annum depending on experience).
What We’re Looking For Essential:

Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing
Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
Relevant industry and/or teaching experience Desirable:

Level 1 Beauty qualification The college is open to candidates from industry backgrounds or those with Level 2 Hair qualifications and teaching experience. Beauty qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
