Head Teacher

The Role

The Head Teacher will:

* Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of secondary education

* Secure consistently high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, and outcomes

* Lead school improvement with a strong focus on curriculum, assessment, and staff development

* Promote a culture of ambition, respect, and inclusion for all students

* Ensure robust safeguarding, attendance, and pastoral systems

* Work in close partnership with governors/trustees and external stakeholders

* Represent the school confidently within the local and wider education community
