EPR Training Material Developer

Weare looking for a creative and technically skilled individual to develop and maintain engaging e-Learning content. You will design intuitive digitaltraining materials that complement classroom sessions, manage LMS systems, andensure all content is learner-focused and aligned with service needs. This role involves close collaboration with the Digital Training and Business Changeteams, stakeholder engagement, and the use of project management tools todeliver high-quality, flexible training solutions.

The EPR Training Material Developer will provide expert support in designing and delivering user-centred eLearning for Innovate Healthcare Services stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning,developing, and implementing interactive and multimedia-based learningresources, such as online assessments, audio, and video, to support blendedlearning and enhance teaching effectiveness.

• Preparerelevant e-Learning materials to complement classroom training.
• Keepe-Learning content updated and aligned with classroom standards.
• Usevarious tools to create interactive and intuitive e-Learning content.
• Manageinstallation, administration, and security of LMS materials.
• Ensureall e-Learning content is fit for purpose and learner-focused.
• Support the Digital Training team in creating and maintaining content.
• Leadon LMS maintenance and content uploads.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure training meets service needs.
• Communicateissues with e-Learning materials to the Digital Training team.
• Trainand support the team in implementing new e-Learning software.
• Provide technical advice to external stakeholders on third-party tools.
• Manageown workload effectively and adapt to changing business needs accordingly.
• Deliverdevelopments on time using project management tools.
• Build relationships with professionals to tailor eLearning to their needs.
• Ensure training is user-focused and flexible for varied learning styles.
• Promotee-Learning through websites, meetings, and creative marketing.
• Collaborate with the Digital Training team to deliver blended learning.
• Liaise with Digital Training and Business Change teams to align training with servicechanges.
• Pursuepersonal development in emerging e-Learning technologies.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of LMS setup and practices.
• Create engaging and intuitive e-Learning content for diverse audiences.

• Extensive experience of content creation using a variety of multi-media software
• Advanced knowledge and experience of creating eLearning using a variety of eLearning tools and techniques.
• Knowledge and experience of SCORM compliance and requirements surrounding creation of e-Learning content.
• Previous NHS Experience
• Experience of supporting the delivery of change

• Relevant recognised qualification or training in eLearning design and maintenance

• A good understanding of Windows Operating Systems, in particular the effects of user and group permissions for data access.
• Preparation of training documentation
• Ability to obtain and analyse system requirements from a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
• The ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
• Good written presentation skills including graphics
• Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) experience
• Experience of supporting the delivery of change
• Access to transport to attend sites across Warwickshire and the surrounding area.
