We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Hairdressing professional to join a quality team of lecturers and inspire the next generation of learners.

The Further Education provider focuses on supporting learners—especially those who have struggled in mainstream settings—to develop skills, gain qualifications, and progress into further study, training, or employment. As an Ofsted-rated Good institution, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality further education and training in a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Hairdressing courses.
• Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry trends and standards.
• Support students in developing their practical skills, professionalism, and employability within the hair and beauty sector.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Develop employer and salon partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities, work placements, and industry engagement.

• A Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent in Hairdressing.
• Extensive industry experience within the hairdressing sector.
• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
