About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher to join a secondary school in the Coventry and Warwickshire area on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and contribute to a supportive and dynamic department.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging creativity, innovation, and practical skills' development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality Design & Technology lessons
Create a positive and engaging learning environment
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Maintain strong classroom management in line with school policies
Contribute to departmental planning and development where required
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Proven UK secondary school teaching experience - essential
Strong subject knowledge in Design & Technology
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach
