Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with additional needs in class and small groups.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning programs and individual education plans (IEPs).

Work closely with colleagues, parents, and specialists to provide personalised support.
Contribute to an inclusive, safe, and nurturing school environment.

About You:

Experience with children with SEN is desirable but not essential.
Patient, adaptable, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
