The Role
Deliver engaging and effective English Language and Literature lessons.
Inspire students to develop strong literacy, reading, writing, and communication skills.
Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements.

Monitor and support student progress, helping them achieve their full potential.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.
Strong subject knowledge in English Language and English Literature.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for education and improving student outcomes.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
