About the Role

We are currently recruiting for reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of secondary schools in the Coventry and Warwickshire area.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible day-to-day work as well as those looking for long-term placements, with the potential to secure ongoing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
• Work closely with students to provide one-to-one and small group support
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support students with additional needs where required

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
• Experience with in a UK secondary school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support
• Access to your own vehicle is advantageous due to location flexibility.
