PPA Teacher

Flourish Education is recruiting for a PPA Teacher to work in a Primary school in Henley-in-Arden. This PPA Teaching role is for 2 days per week, starting in September until the Christmas break initially.

This role is perfect for experienced teachers who enjoy working across different year groups, can deliver pre-planned lessons and can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Delivering engaging and effective pre-planned lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Supporting pupil progress and providing feedback in line with school policy.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations.
• Working collaboratively with class teachers, support staff, and senior leaders.
• Promoting pupils’ emotional well‑being alongside their academic development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• The ability to deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups.
• The ability to adapt quickly to different classes and learning needs.

• Pay: £130.00 to £180.00 day rate, which equates to £25,350 to £35,100 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience).
• Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot.
• Pension Contributions.
• Free KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training, inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse.
• This PPA Teacher position is in Henley-in-Arden, which is easily commutable from Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, and Warwick, and the school offers on‑site parking for staff.
