Clarence Recruitment is working with a well‑established secondary school in Warwickshire to recruit an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher for the new academic year starting September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant Performing Arts department, delivering engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5. The successful candidate will inspire students through performance, creativity, and theatrical studies while encouraging confidence, collaboration, and self‑expression.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Have experience teaching Drama at secondary level
• Be passionate about the performing arts and creative education
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Have the ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
• Be confident directing performances, productions, and extracurricular activities
• Show commitment to raising attainment and student progress
• Be an effective communicator and collaborative team member
