About the role:
Justteachers is recruiting for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to support early learning within a primary school in Warwick. This full‑time role will begin in September 2026 and will run for the full 2026–2027 academic year, working within the EYFS.
With a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating, the school prides itself on its caring environment, enthusiastic staff, and children who are eager to explore and learn. The school is a warm, community‑focused Catholic primary located in a residential area, known for its inclusive ethos and strong family partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with play‑based activities that build communication, social interaction, and early literacy and numeracy skills.
- Help children with settling, transitions, continuous provision, and developing independence in self‑care.
- Build warm, trusting relationships and encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and confidence.
- Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
- Proven experience in Primary Education
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school‑based references
