A welcoming primary school in Warwickshire now seeks a committed KS1 Primary Teacher for a full‑time September start. As you begin this role, you take full responsibility for teaching a KS1 class and creating a warm, structured learning environment. You plan engaging lessons, guide pupils through clear routines and support their academic and emotional development. Moreover, you use your SEND experience to adapt learning and meet diverse needs within the classroom.

Additionally, you work closely with the wider team and contribute positively to the school community.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan KS1 lessons that support progress and confidence

* Create structure that helps pupils stay focused

* Adapt teaching for pupils with SEND needs

* Promote behaviour that strengthens emotional development

* Collaborate daily with staff, leaders and support teams

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status with strong KS1 experience

* SEND knowledge including ASD, ADHD, SEMH or speech needs

* Clear classroom practice and confident behaviour management

* Strong communication with pupils, families and staff

* Full‑time availability from September

* Interest in Warwickshire roles within primary education
