A welcoming primary school in Coventry now seeks a committed Primary Teacher to lead their KS2 class from September. As you begin this role, you take full responsibility for planning engaging lessons and guiding pupils through clear, structured learning. You work closely with the wider team and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Moreover, you adapt teaching to meet individual needs and support pupils with varied learning styles.

Additionally, you build strong relationships with families and contribute to the wider school community. Ultimately, you help every child feel motivated, supported and ready to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan Year 3 lessons that support progress across the curriculum
• Create structure that helps pupils stay focused and confident
• Assess learning and adjust teaching when needed
• Promote behaviour that strengthens emotional development
• Collaborate daily with staff, leaders and support teams
