This rewarding SEND Teaching Assistant role in Warwick involves supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential within a nurturing primary school environment. The RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant in Warwick, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
• Support children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support.
• Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, care, or support setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN.
• A patient, compassionate, and positive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
