RE Teacher Regarded, Inclusive School in Warwickshire

An inclusive 11-18 secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking a thoughtful RE Teacher to join its Humanities faculty with flexibility for candidates seeking either full-time or part-time hours. This role would suit a teacher who enjoys helping students explore questions of belief ethics and identity in a supportive values-driven school.

You will teach Religious Education across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 including GCSE and A-level Philosophy and Ethics (exam board flexible to reflect the successful candidates specialism). The role also includes leading reflection time and SMSC days on a rota basis and depending on the schools timetable supporting the sixth forms general studies or critical thinking provision. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to the wider work of the Humanities faculty.

Requirements

• Degree in Theology Religious Studies Philosophy or a related subject and QTS

• Strong subject knowledge across world religions philosophy and ethics

• Confidence teaching across KS3-5 including GCSE and A-level

• Willingness to lead reflection time and contribute to SMSC provision

• A flexible collaborative approach whether working full-time or part-time
