Cover Supervisor

We are looking to appoint a confident, reliable, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated support team. Whether you are an experienced education professional or looking to gain vital classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching, we want to hear from you.

As a Cover Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to supervise whole classes of students during the short-term absence of their regular classroom teachers.

Please note that this role focuses on classroom management and student support. No lesson planning, preparation, or marking is required, as all work is fully set in advance by the teaching staff.

The successful candidate will be a patient, empathetic, and confident individual who enjoys working with secondary-aged young people. You do not need to be a subject specialist, but you must possess excellent communication skills and a strong presence in the classroom.
