Assistant Headteacher - Behaviour & Pastoral

Assistant Headteacher:
Behaviour and Attitudes (Secondary)

Aylesford School is an ambitious 4–16 all-through comprehensive school serving Warwick and the surrounding communities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring or experienced leader to join our newly formed senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Aylesford School. We have recently moved into beautifully refurbished facilities, experienced significant changes in leadership and governance, and are building a values-driven school that delivers an exceptional educational experience for every student.

If you are a visionary leader who is passionate about comprehensive education and eager to help create something truly special, there has never been a better time to join Aylesford’s leadership team.

As Assistant Headteacher:
Behaviour and Attitudes, you will provide strategic leadership for behaviour, culture and student conduct, helping to create a positive and inclusive environment where all students can thrive. You will lead a team of five Heads of Year, an experienced behaviour team and a pastoral administrator. You will be committed to comprehensive education and inclusion, with unrelentingly high expectations for every student.

Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external partners, you will drive continual improvements in behaviour and attitudes to learning.

If you are ambitious for both your own development and the success of the students in your care; if you are excited by the opportunity to make a lasting difference and relish the chance to help create a truly outstanding school, we would love to hear from you.
