3) role at Siemens Energy. This apprenticeship is a four‑year programme based at our site in Warwick, with formalised learning at a college partner and practical experience across professional teams.

This apprenticeship will provide a structured pathway to a professional engineering career covering a range of disciplines. You will engage in solving operational issues, troubleshooting on tight timelines, processing diagnostic data and developing engineering solutions. You will also produce technical documentation and work through an Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Level 3 pathway.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations in the Aero Gas Turbine (AGT) business to deliver customer requirements.
• Challenge conventions, question the norm and drive innovation.
• Build Continuous Improvement skills through Lean Six Sigma basics training and owning/implementing improvement initiatives.
• Participate in team projects as an active member of the Entry Level Talent group, gaining teamwork and presentation experience.

• Enjoy jumping in with support from the team and feel confident taking responsibility for live tasks and projects.
• Flexibility, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with change and able to react to unexpected challenges enthusiastically.

The service engineering function at AGT includes teams such as Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul, SGT‑A65, SGT‑A35, SGT‑A20, Technical Support, and Technical Data Services. Apprentices rotate through these teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of engineering disciplines.

This role will be contracted from our modern office location within the European Innovation Centre in Warwick (CV34 6RJ
). You will also attend the premises of the college partner at the Manufacturing Technology Centre in Coventry (CV7 9JU
) during block‑release periods. Attendance at both sites is required.
