Kick off your journey with a comprehensive induction, then dive into hands‑on projects that challenge you. Our two‑year programme is founded on recognised industry standards and features six‑month rotations across departments tailored to your interests. You’ll gain practical experience and industry knowledge, plus a mentorship to guide you toward professional development and IET accreditation. Flexibility is key—expect a mix of office, home, and site work.

We’re looking for grads who are passionate about engineering and eager to learn. If you have:

• A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant STEM subject (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Networking, Cyber Security, Electronics, IT etc.) achieved within the last two years
• A knack for solving complex problems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Self‑motivation and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office
