£33.88 per hour (Inside IR35)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in West Midlands, who are looking for a Technical Product Development SME to join their team.
Job Description
As Technical Product Development SME, your main responsibilities will include:
- Vehicle‑level testing, across multiple facilities
- Evaluate system & vehicle performance
- Fault identification & resolution
- Develop & maintain DVP's
- Custodianship of test assets
Experience
Required:
- Must have a valid UK driving licence
- Vehicle‑level evaluation, system performance analysis, and diagnostic investigation
- Testing across multiple facilities (proving grounds, labs, workshops)
- High level analytical and data interpretation skills
- Automotive systems, instrumentation, diagnostics, and test methodologies
