Your role

As a Senior Consultant, you will be an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in defining the problem, proposing and refining solutions. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution, guiding teams on project processes, deliverables, and contributing to proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and detailed project scope definition.

You will have the opportunity to shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• 7+ Years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering
• Hands‑on expertise with Load Runner
• Hands‑on experience with Web, Tru Client, and Web Services protocols; extensive knowledge on web http/html and Oracle NCA Load Runner scripting
• Performance testing experience in native mobile apps, mobile web, batch, BI applications
• Ability to independently handle end‑to‑end performance engineering activities
• Strong communication skills for client engagement
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle forms
• Oracle DB monitoring and analysis
• Hands‑on expertise in ELK, Science Logic monitoring tools
• Quality Center – Test Management tool

• Azure, AWS Cloud
• Dev Ops
• Functional knowledge on Oracle Payroll, e-learning, HR modules
