About the CompanyJLR - I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon who are seeking a Vehicle Architecture Lead Engineer to join their team
Job Description- Design and develop the vehicle technical specifications and attributes across vehicle architectures
- Lead and resolve complex multifunctional engineering problems.
- Be able to balance competing attributes and requirements to define the optimum engineering solution.
- Knowledge of whole vehicle engineering and cross-functional vehicle systems
- Enthusiasm for vehicles and their development
- Good IT literacy e.g. ability to create and manage presentations and spreadsheets
- Full UK driving licence
- An individual who is results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in a demanding environment
- An individual with the ability to prioritise their work load and that of others
- A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas
- An effective team player who supports team members
