3rd Line IT Support – Warwick – Project Delivery 45K (West Midlands)

Job Description3rd Line IT Support, Infrastructure Engineer, Networking, CCNA/Cisco, Switches/Routers, MS Windows XP/7, Wintel Servers, Active Directory, Storage, Net App, EMC, VMware, Project Delivery – Warwick 45K.
Responsibilities- Provide support, development, and administration of all Network & Infrastructure Systems.
- Work at 3rd line level and assist 1st and 2nd line when required.
- Take responsibility for project delivery, ensuring reliability of LAN/WAN networks, servers, storage, software, and spares.
- Provide support for UK and International projects, with extensive travel.
Wintel Servers, Active Directory, Cisco Networking (CCNA), Data & Storage.
