Contract Maintenance Engineer

Coventry | Immediate Start | £30 - £40 per hour

An automotive manufacturing company is looking for experienced Maintenance Engineer to support a major engineering project at a modern production facility in Coventry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large-scale engineering programme before the site moves into full production. You'll play a key role in installing, commissioning and supporting highly automated manufacturing equipment while helping to establish long-term equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

Mechanical and electrical fault finding
Preventative and reactive maintenance
Supporting equipment installation and commissioning
PLC fault finding
Working closely with engineering and project teams
Improving equipment reliability and minimising downtime

Experience

Multi-skilled maintenance background
Electrical bias preferred

Experience with in manufacturing
PLC fault finding
Ability to read electrical drawings
Comfortable working on automated production equipment
