As a Graduate Engineer you will work on exciting and challenging automotive projects while developing all of the capabilities you need to become a highly skilled automotive engineer. Based out of our office in Warwick, you will be able to join an experienced team of engineers to support delivery of automotive projects. In addition, you will have the opportunity to visit our customer sites as our business closely partners with our customers through the project life cycle.

The Graduate Engineer position sits within the Automotive area of our Engineering, Research and Development business (ER&D). Our automotive teams works on every phase of vehicle development cycle from concept to vehicle launch. Tata Technologies has expertise across the vehicle including (but not limited to) body engineering, Chassis, Powertrain and Vehicle Engineering etc.
We will provide support and guidance on the work you do, and we will also give you responsibility and ultimately the right pace and direction to propel your career in engineering.
We will provide development sessions, and we think what you will find the most valuable will be working closely with our experienced engineers on innovative, and sometimes demanding, customer programmes.
We work to exacting standards for design integrity, safety and quality. Day-to-day you can expect to be working within multi-disciplined project teams and getting involved across the whole vehicle development life-cycle.
What we look for:- Masters or Bachelors Degree in a relevant Engineering related discipline (e.g. Automotive Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- Knowledge of Production Engineering processes
- Passion for the Automotive sector
- Ideally some work experience from a year in industry placement or paid employment.
