Tip Top Job is seeking Senior Engineers for a 6-month outside IR35 contract in Warwick/Solihull to own vehicle components through launch and industrialisation. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Programme, Supplier and Engineering teams to meet cost, schedule and technical standards.
The role covers validation, pilot builds, production readiness and engineering release, with responsibility for change management, risk tracking and issue resolution.
