Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join an established M&E contractor based in Warwick. Joining a small estimating team consisting of Electrical and Small works. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive mechanical estimates across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, residential and heritage projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically competent estimator looking to join a collaborative team and play a key role in securing high-quality projects.

This opportunity is working with a small team reporting directly to the director. Projects value up to £6million.

Salary & Benefits
  • £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Pension after qualifying period

  • Office-based role in Warwick working 8am till 5pm
  • Opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors and projects
  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator within an M&E contractor.
  • HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
  • Proven experience managing projects and budgets.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and driven.
