Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Engineering Systems Coordinator on a 6-month contract, located in Warwick (hybrid)
Role Overview & Key DeliverablesWe are seeking an Engineering Systems Coordinator to manage drawing alteration requests and oversee technical administrative workflows. This position suits a candidate with a Mechanical Engineering background, including proactive recent graduates with strong digital and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage drawing alteration requests.
- Execute minor technical drawing changes using NX.
- Administer engineering concessions within SAP.
- Utilize PLM systems to track and manage engineering data.
- Lead and facilitate global online meetings with stakeholders.
- Background in Mechanical Engineering (Degree/HND equivalent or recent graduate).
- Technical proficiency in PLM systems, SAP, and Siemens NX.
- Working knowledge of technical drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong technical project management and general IT skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead cross-functional online meetings globally.
